FAQs

Any questions? Here you'll find the answers.
Application & Usage
Can I use the product dry? Plus

We recommend using a little liquid soap or shaving gel. A small amount rubbed with water is sufficient. This makes the blade glide better and the shave is noticeably more comfortable.

How much hair should I remove? Plus

Nose hairs serve an important protective function and filter the air we breathe. Therefore, they should not be completely removed.

Our product is designed so that you can precisely trim the hairs that are visible or bothersome at the edge of the nose – in a controlled manner and without impairing their natural protective function.

How often should I use the razor? Plus

That depends on your individual hair growth. Typically, intervals of about 4 to 6 weeks are sufficient.

Our durability tests are also based on this frequency of use. We have determined an average lifespan of approximately 1.5 to 2 years – a value that is also reflected in our customer surveys.

Can I use the nose hair trimmer daily? Plus

Yes, if necessary, you could use it daily – gently and without problems. However, typically, application every 4-6 weeks is normal.

How do I properly use the nose hair trimmer? Plus

Simply insert gently and twist softly – only shorten visible hairs, do not go too deep.

What if I have a lot of hair? Plus

If you have very thick hair, it may be more difficult in rare cases. Just try it – if it doesn't work, you'll get your money back.

Can I also use this for ear hair? Plus

It was not specifically developed for use in the ear – however, customer feedback on it has been overwhelmingly positive.

Is this suitable for women? Plus

Women generally have fewer problems with nose hair – yet they also buy the trimmer, whether for themselves or their partner.

Can I take this with me when I travel? Plus

Yes. You can easily take it with you when traveling – it's compact, requires no power, and fits into any toiletry bag.

Won't the hair then grow back thicker and faster? Plus

No. That's a myth – hair doesn't grow back thicker or faster.

Safety & Risk
Can I cut myself? Plus

Incorrect use can lead to cuts. However, with careful use and a gradual acclimatisation to the product, its use is safe and straightforward. If a blade is visibly protruding beyond the guard, please discontinue use and contact us – in this case, there is a defect.

Can I get hurt? Plus

When used correctly, the risk is very low. However, as with all blades, improper use can lead to small cuts.

Is it safe to shave nose hair? Plus

Yes. Shaving nose hair is safe—as long as you trim and don't pull it out. Plucking or waxing can cause inflammation, whereas shaving is the gentle method.

Comparison & Advantages over Alternatives
Is this better than plucking or waxing? Plus

Yes. Trimming is much better – plucking and waxing can cause inflammation and infections, whereas cutting is the safe method.

Is that more hygienic than electric devices? Plus

Yes. Simple rinsing prevents residues – no hidden spots like with electrical appliances.

Why not just an electric trimmer? Plus

Electric trimmers have clear disadvantages: they are large and unwieldy, require batteries (which are often dead), and usually cut less thoroughly than a wet shave.

Why is it better than cheaper alternatives? Plus

For many products from the Far East, it is often unclear under what conditions they are manufactured. Especially for products that come into contact with the sensitive nasal mucous membrane, this is an important factor.

Care, Cleaning & Durability
How do I clean the product? Plus

Simply rinse under running water and towel dry.

How often do I need to clean it? Plus

After each use.

How long does the product last? Plus

If used every 4–6 weeks and cleaned regularly, the shaver will last approximately 1.5 to 2 years.

Will it be blunt? Plus

As with all blade products, the cutting edges will dull over time. You'll notice this when they no longer cut cleanly, but rather drag or tear.

Product & Features
Do I need a battery? Plus

No. The razor works mechanically – without batteries or electricity.

What material is it? Plus

Made of high-quality, medical-grade certified plastic and blades from medical technology – for safe and hygienic use.

Where is it made? Plus

100% in Germany
